Sheldon > From a visit to Butterfly World, Pompano Beach, FL. Dimage 7.
Sheldon > Monarch and chrysalis. Pocket camera. This was shot within 20 seconds of this beautiful butterfy's emergence. It had not yet stretched it's wings. It came from a group of caterpillars that had voraciously fed on plants in our garden.
Sheldon > Aquarium whopper. Atlantis. Dimage 7.
Sheldon > Moth on bamboo palm. Shot in our garden with my faithful pocket camera. Maybe not as favored as a colorful butterfly, but look at his proboscis, antennae and legs. All so delicate. The wings are furry, and appear so.
Sheldon > Arnold Red Auerbach was an important part of our lives in Boston. Most of all, he gave us pride. He died Saturday, Oct 28, 2006. We will always remember him and the cigar. He sits in bronze in the Faneuil Hall area in Boston. This excellent statue by Lloyd Lillie captures the essence of the man we knew.

Sheldon > Off to school in the rain. I created the rainy windshield and puddle reflections in Photoshop. Original shot through windshield with my pocket camera on a perfectly dry morning.

Sheldon > Tribute: Crystal is gone 4 years, now. Without a doubt, the sweetest that ever lived!
Sheldon > School's out. Barracuda are scary. Especially if you're a little fish!
Sheldon > Gator-raid? This behemoth was reflecting on a meal. Wakadohatchee Wetland preserve.
